The answer in that case is usually pretty easy: GSM.

In the wine world GSM is a Grenache Syrah and Mouvedre blend, three grapes which have been grown and blended together for hundreds of years in the Rhone Valley of France. These are “BIG” wines, which pair well with BBQ and other grilled meats. Certainly they cannot be paired with seafood or even chicken. The Syrah adds a spicyness to the blend, while the Grenache makes it fairly easy to drink and relatively subtle on flavors. Mouvedre is the one wine which is almost never made into a varietal specific wine, instead it is slightly bitter and only used in small amounts because it adds an amazing dark purple color to the wine.
